Donna M. Shelby RN is the Founder and Director of All Life Is Valuable, NFP has been a Registered Nurse for 34 years and has been active in the animal rescue community for several years. By creating All Life Is Valuable, NFP, she has combined together her love for animals and her desire to serve the needs of others into one mission. She looks forward to making a better life the animals in the Chicago area.
